Our Services
It’s always helpful to have an idea of what we mean when we use generic titles like massage, meditation or yoga. So have a look at our ethos and approach below. If it’s for you, get in touch, we’d love to help you and your people.
Seated Massage
Seated massage offers so many benefits that can significantly enhance wellbeing. Along with all the evidence-based benefits such as reducing stress levels, relieving muscle and soft tissue aches and pains, improving circulation, it also provides an opportunity to show you are invested in your people. Massage is known to promote a sense of positive wellbeing by stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system (aka “rest and digest”) and quietening the sympathetic nervous system (your fight/flight/freeze response). A nourished and healthy nervous system paves the way to better mental clarity. This in turn has untold benefits on innovation, productivity and a happier and healthier workforce.
Seated massage is performed though clothes, on a specifically designed chair, using no oils. A 15 min treatment creates minimal disruption, and is an accessible, quick, efficient and fantastic boon to anyone and everyone.
Meditation + Mindfulness
Meditation in the workplace is a powerful medium to improve mental and physical wellbeing. Regular meditation sessions aid stress management, increase focus, and enhance emotional resilience, leading to a calmer and more productive work environment. Incorporating mindfulness and meditation into the workspace encourages mental clarity, better decision-making, and improved problem-solving skills along with reducing anxiety and burnout. Meditation can foster a sense of community, thereby improving teamwork. Integrating meditation into the workplace supports a healthier, more balanced, and harmonious work culture.
Whether it’s a regular lunchtime session, an after work class, or a course on how to incorporate meditation into your day-to-day life.
Yoga
Workplace yoga offers a wide range of benefits that can positively impact employees and the overall work environment. It reduces stress and anxiety by encouraging mindfulness and relaxation, which can lead to better focus and mental clarity throughout the day. Physically, yoga improves flexibility, posture and balance, especially for those who sit for long periods. Regular sessions boost energy levels and creativity, making it easier to tackle tasks with a fresh perspective. Overall, workplace yoga promotes a healthier, more engaged, and productive workforce, bringing a little slice of serenity into the daily grind.
Whether it’s a mid-morning stretch to shake off those desk aches, a regular lunchtime or after work session, your people will feel recharged with deep, calming breaths or mastering tree pose.
And a whole lot more!
Above is a flavour of the different ways we see us bringing benefits to your people but as you’ll see on our biopsychosocial model, there are many more options. Perhaps it’s the soothing experience of a sound bath that improves mood and promotes muscle relaxation, or the cognitive stimulation of a creative writing class. We can also support and coach your organisation in the development of in-house wellbeing activities. This could include setting up a walking group, or teaching a quick and easy anti-RSI stretching session, which your team can lead themselves. Get in touch, we’d love to help you and your people.
